The layout is built in a former rec. room. The layout runs on two levels connected by a hidden helix. Motive power is provided by first generation Atlas diesels , IHC and Athearn steam engines. This layout is still in the building phase as Wayne changed scales recently from O to HO. Track work is in progress. A new yard with a new indexed turntable and roundhouse are under construction. Control is DC with blocks, with sound by MRC. The bench work is “L” girder and the track is Atlas flex track. Turnouts are by Peco and there will be many of them by the time the layout is complete!
